REDLANDS Design & Construction LLC has two generations of experience building custom homes with creatively used materials, efficient service and experienced craftsmanship, from initial planning through final completion. We are an EarthCraft and ENERGY STAR builder, and registered as a green builder with the Virginia Sustainable Building Network. Our award winning homes have been featured in the 2000 and 2006 Charlottesville Parade of Homes.

Our design-build process involves developing your concept, completing the detailed design and then, upon approval, proceeding with construction.
